"This is a wonderful hotel for a stay in Tuscany. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast offers a great variety of options, making it a perfect start to the day. The location is also convenient—about 45 minutes to Florence, an hour to Pienza and Montepulciano, and roughly 25 minutes to Siena. The only drawback is that the walls are quite thin, so noise from the neighboring room can be easily heard."

"Beautiful property very well maintained. Relaxing, private, quiet and extremely beautiful setting. Rooms were well appointed with nice terraces out front. Staff were very professional and attended to your every need. Slightly disappointed with the food at dinner but the breakfast was good and had an assortment of choices."

"Parking is tricky, but we found a free parking lot close by. Check-in was easy and Livia was a gem full of helpful tips and resources. Check out - the front desk guy wasn’t very helpful. We paid the city tax in cash and wanted our change in coins - just a few coins to use in town- very much needed in Italy and he wasn’t willing to provide coins or even break a ten. He offered no assistance. Overall the room, spa and property is nice. No restaurant during off season, but the breakfast provided was excellent."

"Beautiful apartment with stunning views over the valley, in a gorgeous hilltop town. Bakery opposite sold delicious products. Hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming and offer a truly amazing home cooked meal should you wish. "

"This was such a great find! We loved the experience of living in the heart of the old city, and found Colle to be charming, interesting, and not overrun by tourists. The home itself is lovely (it's got its quirks, like slightly iffy plumbing, but is clearly a beloved home with a charming personality), with wonderful views, comfortable spaces, and a kitchen that works fine for cooking at home if desired. "Great location to visit towns in the area. Lovely grocery store in town with everything you need. Bathrooms/bedrooms were cleanOverstocked kitchenBeautiful back patio with lovely view of the countrysidePool is great for children, not so much for adults. Could use a bit more seating around the pool and definitely a couple of umbrellas for shade"

"Do yourself a favor and stay here, it is close to everything Tuscan, Close to the best vineyards, old towns, groceries ect. All withing an hour. The property is comfortable and has all you need to create your own meals. Our Stay 3weeks.The owners are the best, questions if you needed to ask are fast. Honestly one of the best places we have stayed, and we are in Italy multiple times a year. Visit the area in the morning find local food to come home and create, sit outside in one of the 2 dining areas. Then sunset in the awesome pool. Well all i can say is,,its just all Fantastico!!!!"
