Great stay close to Barcelona and Montserrat

Pros: Relax on the terrace next to the pool. Ability to visit Montserrat early in the morning before crowds arrive. It is in a quite residential street, but close to highway. It takes just about 30 minut to the BCN airport or an hour to Tarragona. Cons: Just missed some spices in the kitchen and some more utensils. Would be also great is the ice maker was working. Everything else was fine.

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!!! Upon arrival we were shown a large glass door in the main living room which was completely smashed and a large hole in it. It wasn't even boarded up and told it was getting fixed in 6 days - the day after we leave! We had children with us so couldn't go in that room at all. The swimming pool had missing tiles in a number of places which my son cut his foot and toes on. The kitchen light switch was broken and the room was pitch black at night, so you had to go into the wires and flick the plastic mechanism to get the lights on. The flooring in the kitchen was very old and loose and moved showing big dirty gaps. A missing piece of glazing in a internal door, no bath plug for the large double spa bath (not sure if on purpose so you can't use it). Here's the bst bit - the 4th bedroom at the top had bats in the attic which can into the bedroom through a cap in the ceiling light. This was reported to the host and told someone would come and fix but didn't hear from them again. I had to spend 3 nights of the 5 we stayed there, getting rid of bats, even bat droppings on the bed.This was all reported to Holidu who I booked with and basically got a response of "this should have all been reported whilst you were there and we will not be taking any further action".
