"We booked a king and upon arrival advised there were none available. Sold out. After pressing we received a handicapped room. Not sure why our booked room wasn’t available. Staff advised at checkin that it was an Expedia issue not reading their room bookings. Overall stay was excellent with this exception."

"It was an easy check in process, and my room was a good size and it was clean."

"Wonderful room. We arrived late at night and staff was very nice."
