Top Colfax Hotel Reviews
Comfort Inn & Suites Event Center
8/10 Good
"I picked this hotel mostly for the proximity to the start line of the Des Moines Marathon. I could walk to the start which was great. It was clean, even if the cushions in the breakfast room were a little shabby. The coffee was god awful though. I had to go out and get my own each morning. Also wish there was a hot tub in addition to the pool."

"I was in town for the IMT Des Moines half marathon, and this hotel was perfect. The staff went above any beyond for the runners, offering an early breakfast and a shuttle to and from the start line. Everyone was very nice and the hotel was clean, even though it was under renovation."
