Home is located directly infront of the Sandbar on the lake! Easy to paddle board or kayak to!

2 car garage (no parking in the garage), minutes from the marina, 2 golf courses & lake front restaurant!

Owners Pontoon Boat Rental available upon request!

Lake Coldwater is a chain of 6 lakes that has different vibes on each of the lakes for everyone to enjoy!

No Parking in the garage 4 CAR MAX in driveway. No usage of Indoor Fireplace unless cleared by owner & no candles allowed in the house.
Guests must clean all dishes, wash all towels and sheets in the laundry and take out all garbage prior to check out.
FIREPIT RULES: No cardboard, trash or other debris may be burned WOOD ONLY. If there are heavy winds DO NOT USE.
