"Got to the hotel after our flight from London at 12 as we’d been booked for 3 weeks in advance. Got to property by taxi because the shuttle driver had just not turned up! Then we arrived and front desk told us that they’d oversold and we had no room. It was 1 AM and we got told we had to go to another hotel. The girl at the desk was lovely and sorted our hotel and aloft have said they will cover it. Was incredibly shocked and disappointed."

"Building was gorgeous 😍 rooms were too. Only complaints I have is there was no refrigerator or microwave and no work space."
