"The staff was very friendly The views were amazing and the property was very well maintained. Loved having the fireplace in the room. The rooms were very spacious."

"This place was absolutely beaten up. Grounds were not maintained, walls, rooms, hallways etc stained dirty broken and just really bad shape for the price. Things that were offered were not available and if there is any event scheduled, guests are pushed out of those areas over 4 hours before an event when eating lunch in a common area (even though charged an amenities fee on top of the stay by the ownership). Extremely confusing to get on the property and everything listed as “on property” was not accurate as there is an adjoining “higher end” facility which other guests thought was where they were staying as well. First and last time ever. Would have been a memorable 25th anniversary but now it is for all of the wrong reasons. Suggest bite the $$ bullet and stay in Charleston."

"The staff is super friendly and they accommodated for our needs as we were in town for our dog’s surgery. They helped to make a stressful situation more palatable, and we are grateful. The breakfast and 24-hour coffee/tea access were a real treat also. We love that the place welcomes dogs and cats."

There needs to be an upgrade in toilet paper!!!!!! Your fingers go right through it leaving your hands a terrible mess."
