"From check in to check out there was always someone at the front desk. Along with a nice variety of snacks and personal care items for purchase. Breakfast was enjoyable and probably best pancakes for hotel. Bonus the pancake maker was interesting with the touch of bottom and 1 min later on your plate. The pool area was an awesome experience (indoor). 2 large garage doors open and they expose 2 fire pits with lounge seating. Also helps the pool has floor to ceiling windows making the wall a nice view. Very peaceful and takes the anxiety of the day away. For the money spent and the money saved great experience all worth it to me."
21c Museum Hotel Cincinnati

"2nd time that we have now stayed at a 21c Museum Hotel property. We enjoyed the art gallery displays inside the hotel and find that to be unique. The hotel staff was great. The hotel parking (valet only) is very pricy but maybe not much more than parking alternatives in the downtown Cincinnati area. Our room was very spacious and comfortable but needed some maintenance as the window blind was torn and not functioning. We were unable to try the hotel's Metropole restaurant as unfortunately it is closed on both nights of the week (Monday & Tuesday) we stayed."

"Had to be at UC Medical Center before breakfast so unable to comment on that. The room on the other hand was quite dirty. Carpet being sticky. Ottoman and chair outdated, very stained and sticky.Bed spread with burn holes. The pillows and sheets were good.The bathroom has moldy caulking,only one large towel.sticky flooring small amount of toilet paper. Not what I was expecting "
