"The room was clean but could do with a deep clean, staff were good. Balcony was a great addition. Overall I would 100% stay again, very central and convenient location. Bit of a walk to get your luggage to hotel. I will be using the hotel again."

"They need to have more staff and just come up with an excuse it’s busy, breakfast on Sunday morning 16 people in the restaurant and we had to wait over 20 mins to be asked what we would like, upon questioning if all was ok why we had not been asked I was met with attitude from the manager and the excuse they were busy, clearly under staffed and just 2 running the restaurant, after complaining have this negative response we waited a further 15 mins before being asked, my wife at this stage giving up and making good with toast! Not what we paid for! £226 paid for 2 nights over £250 spent at the bar and food and me complaining is unacceptable as they are busy. Plus side food was good, tea and coffee needs addressing as using flasks and not hot water and also jugs of milk running out and again people waiting to use this."
