"I enjoyed my stay. The only thing I would’ve appreciated knowing prior to booking is the fact that the beds are quite firm. I totally understand that many people prefer this type of mattress, however for those of us suffering from nerve issues, it would’ve been nice to have had an option for a softer mattress. Otherwise everything else was amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your establishment to friends and family. Thank you!"

"The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The pillows must have been memory foam and there must have been a memory foam topper on the mattress. I stayed for the Coeur D’Alene Half Marathon and this hotel was very easy walking access to the start at Mccuen Park and the downtown strip on Sherman Avenue. Breakfast was tasty and had a decent amount of options. The water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink was pretty strong. Convenient to have an access code on the lock on the door instead of having to carry around a physical key. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. "
