"Giacomo and Liliana's estate house has an old world charm with modern appliances and furnishings. The exterior area is expansive with fabulous mountain vistas of the surrounding Appenines. Giacomo and Liliana were great hosts: friendly, communicative and very attentive to all of our family. They are super hosts! "Excellent hotel with very helpful and professional staff. The room was beautifully decorated and very accommodating. Hotel location is excellent being close to dining, caffes and shops as well as being next to the cathedral (cathedral is very beautiful). Parma is a great town and I will definitely book my stay at the Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati the next time I visit."
