The house is single. Inserted in a small village in the Appennino Reggiano of medieval origins. It has been recently renovated and has a large hall / entrance with kitchen and bathroom. You go up the stairs to the bedroom. In the hall you can get a single bed.
Outside the garden and a large terrace from which you can admire the Matildico Castle of Carpineti. Ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. Maximum peace and tranquility. Ideal place to regenerate and to rest. Reggio, Modena and Sassuolo reachable in less than an hour.

We loved this beautiful comfortable countryside stone home. Played cards and talked to each other and laughed. The hosts were so kind and sweet to us. The people at the town Cappuccino Shop were friendly and inviting . Perfect spot for connecting after hectic travel schedule.

Ein liebevoll renoviertes Bauernhaus in ruhiger, abgeschieden Lage. Ideal um sich vom stressigen Altag zu erholen. Wie haben unsere Zeit auf der Terasse sehr genossen. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksamme Gastgeber.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in een goed ingericht huis gelegen gelegen in een rustgevende omgeving. Het rijden door de omgeving gaf iedere keer een prachtig panorama op de Appennijnen. De steden Bologna, Parma en Modena zijn goed te bereiken en erg mooi om te bekijken. De eigenaresse was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Gite agréable ,idéale pour se ressourcer . Hôte discret et serviable . Nous avons loué en été et avec les fortes chaleurs une climatisation aurait été la bienvenue ;mais du fait que la maison soit en pierre elle reste supportable.

Schön und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in ruhiger und toller Lage. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und die Verständigungsschwierigkeiten waren kein Problem. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei herrlichem Wetter konnten wir einige Stunden auf der Terrasse verbringen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Cavola - zu Fuß 1 km, mit dem Auto 4 km - sind sehr gut. Wer Natur, speziell Vögel und Pflanzen liebt, findet ein weites Betätigungsfeld.

Een mooie gerenoveerde woning. Ideaal voor twee personen in een mooie omgeving die alles biedt voor de rustzoekers en wandelaars. Alle voorzieningen op korte afstand. Enige minpunt is het ontbreken van Wi-Fi.

Vorab: normalerweise verfasse ich keine Rezensionen - dies hier ist also meine erste Ausnahme. Meine Tochter und ich wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Die Wohnung war sauber und mehr als gut eingerichtet. Wir würden sogar zu einem privaten Fest eingeladen. Vielen herzlichen Dank hierfür nochmals. Das war sicher nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt in Stiano! Wir kommen wieder. Danke nochmals für alles!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Ruhig und Zentral in der Reggio Emilia gelegen mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten nach Modena, Parma oder zum Wandern in die Apenninen. Sehr feundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter und Nachbarn helfen in jeder Situation.

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich extravagant und es macht Spaß, hier die Ferien zu verbringen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön, sehr sehr ruhig. Im nahegelegenen Cavola bekommt man alles, was man braucht. Die Vermieterin Marcia ist sehr freundlich und immer aufmerksam. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Haus ist für 2 Personen perfekt, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit muss man mögen. Kleine Mängel die Sauberkeit des Objektes betreffend wurden nach Urgenz sofort behoben. Marzia ist immer erreichbar und um das Wohlergehen bemüht.

Ruhig gelegen, mit grandioser Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Vermieterin Marzia wohnt nebenan, spricht gut Englisch ist sehr hilfsbereit und eine ganz entzückende Person! 20 min. zu fuß oder 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt befindet sich Cavola, mit Cafe, Bäcker, Metzger,kleinem, aber gut sortiertem Supermarkt, 2 Restaurants, die beide sehr gut und günstig sind und noch ein paar anderen kleinen Läden. Tolle Wandergegend, mit teils ordentlichen Anstiegen. Bis Modena fährt man ca. 50 min. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen perfekt, sehr geräumig, gut Heizbar, und gut ausgestattet. Kommen gerne wieder! :-)
