Take a short walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier, or sit and watch rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. Whether you come to catch a wave or a little sun, this simple life condo is right for you.

This condo is in a great location with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Just one mile south is the Cocoa Beach Pier with countless shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment. For off-shore fishing charters or casino day cruises, Port Canaveral is just three miles to the north. For a full day of entertainment and excitement visit the Kennedy Space Center just 20 miles north, or take a drive over to Orlando, only 70 miles away, to experience Walt Disney World, Sea World, or Universal Orlando.

We enjoyed our stay. It was within a few feet of the beach. We saw a nighttime rocket launch from there. The property is older but has everything we needed. A beach restoration project has a huge pipe running down the beach which is somewhat unsightly but once beyond it, the ocean was beautiful.

Perfect location in walking distance to beach, cold ac, comfortable bed, hot shower. Rinse station outside helps keep sand out, and on-site laundry is super helpful! (Bring quarters for laundry!) Basic setup and furnishings but it's all I need for beach days! I've been 4 years in a row and will continue!

This is an older renovated motel, made into condos. This end unit is just steps to the beach, but does not have an ocean view. We like the location, very near Cape Canaveral. It was clean, functional, but dated. Saw a few rocket launches. Overall value appropriate.

The location of the condo is excellent, easy access to the beach, there was beach chairs in the closet that you could use, which is a huge plus! The property was very clean, so no issues there, however, the condo itself the appliances and the cabinetry are a little outdated but functional. My wife and I would absolutely stay in this condo again, but don’t expect it to be a high-end recently remodeled condo. It’s a very functional condo and walking distance to the beach.

The property is nice, the accommodations unacceptable. Dirty, outdated, miss represented, never again. No local contacts, need to call an 800 in Oregon and speak to people with no authority or the ability to address problems.Very bad response from anyone.

Great access to the beach. Kitchen stocked with cooking pots, pans and utensils. Could have used pots with matching lids, and a tongs. During our stay, the microwave shot craps. Did not get a replacement for the remainder of our stay, but we just cooked on the stove. Good beach chairs and umbrella in the closet. The unit is showing it's age in a couple of places, but it suited our needs very well.

It was really nice. Wish they would have told us the l9ck just turns and turns from the inside, we were a little sketched out by that. Could use a few updates in the shower but, loved that it had beach chairs. We did not cook or eat there but, everything was there if you wanted to. The cleaning paper asked us to start laundry but, we did not see a washer.

We stayed at the same property in 2021. This year we were pleasantly surprised by several improvements such as the new bedroom furniture, the new living room sofa, the new sink and vanity in the bathroom, and the much less noisy AC under the bedroom window. MUCH NEEDED are some improvements in the KITCHEN, starting with new cutlery, basic utensils like a corkscrew and a peeler, and a broom and dustpan!! There is a nice new dinnerware set but a nonstick frying pan and a good salad bowl are also needed. There is no dishwasher at this property but we didn't mind the old fashioned hand washing. The beach is so close by that it made up for any little inconvenience. All in all - a nice and simple place, where we are planning to return...

Good experience overall. Communication with property managers was very easy and informative. There were a few minor things with cleanliness when we arrived, but the managers handled it well. The photos of the coin laundry availability kinda led me to believe that was in the room, but it wasn’t. There were several beach items available for use in the closet which was awesome. Would recommend for a low key, low maintenance get away.

Can't beat this location. We enjoyed the quick access to the beach, the pier, and downtown. There are a few upgrades/home improvements that would really make this place a 5-star.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was the fold out couch was messed up and wasn’t able to be fixed but the came out quickly to take a look at it. Perfect location and of course perfect weather!

The apartment smelled of mildew when we first walked in. The fridge and freezer smelled like fish. The bathtub was gross. The bed was very uncomfortable. However, the location was very nice. Right on the beach in the quieter area.

The location of this unit perfect. Only 190’ walk to beach!!! Unit was one bed one bath with pull out sofa. Rooms were large. Some finishing, in our unit, #1, were dated but clean. If you have more then two guest there is plenty of room to move the dining table and utilize a queen size air mattress if your not a pull out sofa fan. There is a clothesline in back yard to hang your beach wear. If you really need there is also a laundry room, not free, Everyone was very friendly.

Location was great. Very few people on the beach, great to have it to ourselves! The apartment was very basic. Inside door lock Very difficult to unlock so that is a huge issue for safety reasons, fires ect. Relatively clean but blankets dirty! Upholstered chair in bedroom is Filthy and should be put in the dumpster! Bathroom needs repairs and upkeep on the tub. Living room blinds are rusted and won't open. Only one beach chair provided. Towels and washclothes clean but very stained so kind of yucky to use. Could be a pleasant place to stay if these things were addressed.

It was a great location for what i wanted, but the property was very rundown compared to the pictures listed. The entry door was hit or miss if the lock box would work after several tries. Either the door opened first try or you’d be there putting in the same code for 10 minutes until it finally unlatched. We also had roaches inside.
