"This is a quiet country like cottage. Owners are not maintaining the property, grass was long and unkept, kitchen had greasy walls, dirty blinds. The main bedroom had an ant infestation. I had to was raid to kill the nest under the window. The driveway backs on to an abandoned building that has garbage piles. The main road that the hohae is on is like a race track, lots of loud cars roaring by. Kitchen has a poor amount of glasses to drink from. Very dirty, especially when they charge a...

"We stayed here for my wifes birthday, we did a trip to edinburgh, and it was an easy 30 minute drive in to town (princes street parking is the most reasonably priced if you are doing the same) great showers at the end of long days. Henrietta was very helpful and everything went extremely smoothly. 100% will stay here again on our next trip"

"Maisie Cottage is a warm, clean and well equipped accommodation at a good price. Small amount of amenities close by but only a few miles if you’d like to eat out for dinner. I believe there is a chippie that is open on weekends. My friend and I had a lovely stay with sunny walks to Anstruther and Ellie. The Aurora even came out for our last night."
