No 1 Bellevue Terrace is a well proportioned Georgian two bedroom self catering apartment with a contemporary twist. Spacious, bright and fresh, it is a perfect holiday bolthole in the centre of Edinburgh.

The large apartment has recently been tastefully restored with a smart breakfasting kitchen, carpets and fresh colour schemes throughout. Original details such as the period flagstones in the entrance hall have been exposed, which set a stylish tone on entering.

This luxury self catering apartment has two spacious bedrooms and can sleep four comfortably. The double bedroom, with a king sized bed, has two huge windows offering peaceful garden views to the rear. At the front, the bright and airy twin room has charming views over public gardens and a colonnaded neo classical church. Both rooms offer generous storage space. There is also a cotbed available.

Located in central Edinburgh, the apartment has an enormous drawing room with double windows, which retains classical Georgian features and elegant 18th century proportions, a classical marble fireplace, which forms the centrepiece of the room and three comfortable sofas. The kitchen, with leafy garden views to the rear, seats six and is well equipped with an integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, stainless steel oven and hob, in addition to a washing machine. Leading off the hall is the bathroom with WC, bath and hand held shower.
Benefiting from a main door on the ground floor, No 1 Bellevue Terrace is particularly suitable as holiday accommodation for families with young children and the senior generation alike.

LOVED IT! We loved everything about our stay at 1 Bellevue Terrace. The location is great, quiet and residential, yet just a ten minute walk to the Royal Mile. The apartment is beautiful, just like a place that a character from a Hallmark movie would live in! And a Christmas tree! What a nice touch! The owners were 100% responsive, before, during, and after our stay. Stay here, you will love it as much as we did!

My family and I stayed in this beautiful property during the last phase of our 2 weeks in the UK. The property was HUGE and very comfortable for our family of 4. It is ~20 mins walk to get to the Royal Mile and an easy walk everywhere. We loved the neighborhood feel that allows us to get away from the crowds. Would recommend this spot to anyone staying in Edinburgh.

A very comfortable and attractive flat on Bellevue Terrace. The kitchen provided everything we needed for our meals in. The bed chambers are comfortable and spacious. And we felft very regal in the sitting room.

The flat is very tastefully decorated. Kate is very easy to communicate with, and I had no issues with my stay. It’s in a great area of town and I highly recommend this place. I will have no problem staying again when I come back to Edinburgh.

This beautiful, well appointed apartment was a delight to stay in. Soaring ceilings and luxurious window coverings evoked a grander time, yet the modern kitchen kept our experience well grounded in the present. Our host controlled the heat remotely and we asked that the temperature be raised. Unfortunately, as three seniors in our seventies and eighties, we continued to find the apartment quite cold.

The apartment is lovely, very spacious and well equipped, and the location is great. We ended up going out mostly in Bonnington locally. Great bar very close to the apartment called Pickles - very busy and buzzy. Nice pubs and a good selection of restaurants in walking distance. A short walk to Princes Street. We had a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the flat at 1 Bellevue Terrace. The pictures don’t do the flat justice. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was easy to hop on buses and close to restaurants and grocery stores. We loved staying there and look forward to staying again in the future.

We were really impressed with the size of this rental- it was way bigger than we had expected it to be. Everything was extremely clean. We felt very comfortable staying in this area and it was located just a short walk to Old Town. There were a lot of tools in the kitchen to use. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

I highly recommend these accommodations in Edinburgh. The apartment is centrally located with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is beautifully furnished and well maintained. The flat is beautiful! A wonderful two bedroom flat with more than enough room. We walked everywhere from the flat with ease and loved that it was close to grocery as well. Could not recommend it enough!!! Kate was a wonderful host as well and very communicative.

The flat is lovely and spacious. The location was within walking distance to The Royal Mile, to Waverly Train Station, and High Street. Kate and Angus were very responsive and pleasant with any concerns we might have. Overall an extremely pleasant experience. I plan on returning to this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Next time however I would not rent a car. Parking is very difficult throughout the city. Rely on taxi or Uber. Bellview Terrace is a great location from which to tour the many sights of Edinburgh. And the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

The apt was lovely. Plenty of room so that 4 adults were not running into each other. The only downside that I can see was our own. As we were not wlkers we had to take uber into Edinburgh as it was to far for some of us to walk.. Otherwise I can't say enough good things about the apt.

It is not often you find a city property that offers such good value. The rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bathroom is on the small side but as a family of 4 it was fine for the 3 nights we were there. The location is perfect for walks into the city and gives easy access for drives out to to the local beaches or neighbouring towns. We did a road trip round Scotland and this property was without doubt the best value for money and the only one that I would recommend to family and friends. Thank you Kate

The apartment was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. We used Uber a few time going to the royal mile and bus station due to rain and wind which was 5 minutes away. We walked back to the apartment each night from old town at most 15 minutes downhill. Nice restaurants very close. Market close for stocking up on food. Comfortable beds and quiet location. Nice bathroom, comfortable tub. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. We used the clothes washer also. I would highly recommend staying here.

We (a family of 3) stayed at Bonnington for a few days. The flat was perfect for us and easily found via public transport. It is quite a large 2-bedroom flat with lots of natural light. We really enjoyed the location since we could easily see the sights but weren't so close that we had lots of other tourists around us which made the flat a nice retreat at the end of the day. Kate was my main contact and she was great about getting back to me about any questions I had. She also provided a list of tasty restaurants in the area before our arrival which we greatly appreciated!
