"The floor we stayed on had a bad odour in the hallway. The front desk and restaurant staff was great. One of the housekeeping staff who we tipped was good but the other wasn’t and rude. We asked for mouthwash and she didn’t provide any even though she had it on the cart then she told us that she had requested for it. She didn’t even provide any towels, we had to call to housekeeping office to request. "
