"Got the family room with 3 queen beds. It was very clean and conveniently located. The front desk persons were very friendly. Our only problem was a sleepless night due to a broken ac unit in the room. If they can fix it, I'd definitely recommend this for an easy, economical beach stay."

"This was our third time staying at the Oceanview Inn, and it was as good as the last two times. We requested an upstairs room, which we got. The view is nice from the second floor! We always had clean towels and supplies. Great location, a 5 minute walk to the beach. We went on Memorial Day weekend, and stayed a week, so understandably it was busier than normal, and a little loud at night, but that wasn't the hotel's fault. "My stay was wonderful. The location and hotel room were great. My reason for not giving excellent for everything is because the breakfast is awful, very disappointing as it is not healthy. The packaged muffins and pastries are loaded with sugars, there is no bread or bagels. Others shared in the breakfast room their disappointment about the breakfast. The coffee could be improved as well. Most travelers look forward to great coffee and breakfast they can enjoy especially when it's continental....

"If you’re not concerned with Francy and just want to be a beach bum, this place is fine. The price is one of the lowest at this beach but takes about 10 minutes to walk to the ocean. It’s got a view of the bay across the street though."

But otherwise very good, nice updated rooms, lots of amenities which we partook in the indoor pool, hot tub and middle outdoor pool."

The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...
