"All good"

"I have stayed at this hotel several times, and generally have had great experiences (I love the beachfront location, the convenience for the center of Exmouth, and the Premier Inn consistency). This visit was however disappointing - the hotel is undergoing major external renovations and is covered in scaffolding. No advance notice from Expedia or Premier Inn of this. Arrived at 2:45pm and asked if I could check in - was told that I could check in (15 mins early) for a large fee. Elected to wait...

"Good location. Basic amenities and helpful staff Need to find out what set the fire alarm off at.night and ensure that everyone knows what to do and where to go"
