"The room was nice, breakfast was good, the stay was fine, but you have to pay for parking, and their lot is small, so we were sent to a city parking garage a block away. Not a huge deal, just annoying."

"It was hard to find parking close to the hotel and there was an unpleasant musty scent in the hallway and in the room when the air conditional was on. We had to turn off the air conditioner in our room to lessen the smell so we could sleep. This would be my only reason for not booking a room there again."

"It was practically brand new Hotel Amenities were great decor was stylish and the arrangement of everything was just so that it made for a very easy trip."

"Very courteous staff and always attentive. Very pet friendly. Property was very clean and maintained. The valet service was excellent. Rooms were spotless."

"Places was ok, staff not friendly with a service dog, I said thank you to staff as we put our key in the box at check and she did not respond at all, no smile thank you or nothing"

"Our stay was excellent."

"The rooms were very clean and well appointed and the staff were friendly. Also the hotel sits far enough off the main road that it is very quiet. There was a little wear and tear in my room like a hole in the curtain and place in the bathroom wall that had been poorly repaired. But again the room was so clean that it really didnt bother me. I would recommend this hote to friends and family."

"I paid for a room, a suite, they gave it away without even e mailing me. So, after traveling from Brisbane, AU, to LAX, to SLC, to Portland, to Atlanta, to Montgomery... they simply said "We canceled your room, you can ask for a refund, you can request a refund in the next 6 to 8 weeks."

"N/a"

"For a night rest it was ok. They gave us a key to a room that was already occupied, but quickly it was resolved. But overall staff was nice and courteous."

"I was told Expedia would email Me about a partial refund and never received it"
