You will have access to the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, lower-level game/movie room, wraparound covered deck, outdoor dining area, grill area, and wooded surroundings.
Parking is available at the cabin. In winter or during snow, ice, or adverse weather, AWD/4WD is strongly recommended, and chains or snow socks may be needed depending on road conditions.
Other things to note
□ The cabin sits above 9,000 ft, so summer temperatures are usually cool and dry.
□ There is no A/C; ceiling fans help keep the cabin comfortable in warmer months.
□ Central propane heat is the primary heat source in winter.
□ The pellet stove is a real working feature and adds warmth and atmosphere, but guests should rely on the central heat as the primary system.
□ Weather can change quickly at the top of the mountain. Please check conditions before traveling.
□ During snow, ice, or other adverse weather, AWD/4WD is strongly recommended, and chains or snow socks may be needed.
□ During or after snow or ice, be mindful of where you park, as accumulated snow and ice can slide off the roof unexpectedly.
□ The garage is not accessible to guests.
□ The wooded setting has frequent wildlife activity. Please observe wildlife from a distance.
