Hotel La Tour

"Lovely modern hotel with fantastic views, clean and well appointed rooms. Breakfast was fantastic quality and served in a buffet style with plenty of variety. We ate at the Fourteen Sky Bar & Restaurant which was beyond amazing, a great atmosphere, friendly staff and the food was delicious with a great choice of wine too. The only two issues which were "annoying" was the open access to the Restaurant / bar area, whilst sat eating I counted at least 30 tracksuit wearing kids simply coming up to look out of the balcony; and secondly the access of UBER, this may not be the hotels fault but never the less it was a huge annoyance, you have to walk 5 minuets up the road to be picked up, it was warm and sunny this morning so OK but if it were raining this would not work. I know this is a mixed opinion, but if they sort the UBER / Taxi access and limit entrance to the roof to "paying guests / diners" then you have a 10 out of 10 location / hotel / restaurant."

"Hotel is not that simple to get to from Luton Airport, and it's difficult to find out how to get there from information on the website. They were however, great letting me check in advance to help with my travel."

"Me and my folks have stopped here several times over the past few years. It's never let us down, the staffs usually friendly enough, clean rooms. They don't always provide enough towels for us I.e 2 instead of 3. But it's never a problem to get the third one. Breakfast is nice and food is usually well topped up."

"I had the most amazing time. The staff were amazing, I took my partner for her birthday and I also proposed, i let the staff know before I got there, and on arrival I was upgraded to the most beautiful room. I have never experienced staff like the ones at pendley manor. So thankyou to you all. The hotel is beautiful and so are the roaming peacocks. I will definitely be going back. Thankyou all again for the most amazing weekend."

"The room was fine. I slept well. The shower pressure wasn’t strong but it was fine. The corridors had a weird smell for having just been cleaned. I was expecting an amazing breakfast reading the other reviews but it seemed quite normal to me. The supermarket across the road is handy. You can’t take a short cut to walk through the train station which added 15 minutes to my commute."
