"Very nice room. Friendly host and great breakfast. Bear in mind that if you plan to walk into the town the road has no pavement to walk on and it's a classic Irish L road with two directional traffic on a narrow road. They do provide high vis jackets for safety but rather than walk in we ended up driving. There really isn't much in Baltimore either but the surrounding area is spectacular especially Mizen Head. "

"Where to start? Simply the best B&B we have ever stayed at. Josephine and Barry are amazing hosts. Greeted like old friends and offered a drink while we chatted in the lovely communal lounge with them. It's about a 25 minute walk into the lovely town of Bantry along safe pavements all the way there and back. The room was amazing. Comfortable bed and a big bathroom with a tub as well as rain shower separate. On the morning I had the "mini" Irish breakfast which was huge! Can't imagine the full...

"Marion, our host, could not have been more helpful or welcoming. It genuinely felt as if we were family friends staying with her. We arrived really late after a delayed ferry and she was very accommodating and helpful in every way. Our room was clean and comfortable with a really beautiful view. Breakfast was outstanding; great choice, all local produce and freshly prepared. The home made scones were a standout and Marion most generously gave us some to take with us for lunch.
