"Bedroom had everthing i needed but the decoration of red was a bit over batting in a small room. General decor and environment was a bit tired "

"The waiting and bar staff were lovely but the same cannot be said of the reception lady who was very unfriendly and not at all helpful. The food and drink were very overpriced although we did have a nice meal. The menu is limited though."

"Lovely hotel with equally competent staff that nothing was to much trouble. I will definitely stay here again."

"The room was great as always, other than the window being unsealed so we could hear outside very clearly. The ugly: The first night was great, but unfortunately the rooms around us were so loud and drunk on the 2nd night that, after hours of complaining to front desk (and them coming up to ask them to quiet down, repeatedly) we had to move room at nearly 1 in the morning. Staff were apologetic, but it would've been nice if we'd had our room changed earlier so we could get a nights rest, and the staff wouldn't have had to run up and down stairs for hours. Everything else: Other than the loud neighbours, we can't fault the place. Amazing food, lovely staff and clean facilities. Super comfy beds and all round our favourite place to stay."
