"Stay was great! Conveniently located near expressway, many restaurants within walking distance, perfectly suited for our overnight stay after show at the Fisher. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have parking provided, but not surprised due to being in a city setting; although happy that we were able to use the parking structure attached to building. Would stay again if in the area in the future. "

"They switched us from times square to new central but the communication was up to date and excellent! The space they put us in was fantastic. we only had 2 issues: 1. I made it apparent that there were 3 guests, but we only got one key fob. 2. Our living room table broke the first night after putting only a plate and cup on it. "Detailed check in instructions were easy to follow. Unit itself was clean, bright and well furnished. Sanitized and sealed toilet ensured we knew room had been cleaned before our arrival. "It was the perfect location for the we’d we attended on Harsen’s Island. The property was spotless! But the bed in one of the rooms could use some WD-40. Every time I turned over, it made lots of noise! Good thing I was the only one in the bed!"

"My fiance and I came to Detroit in the summer because we are touring all of the baseball stadiums in the US. The stay was very spacious, communication was easy, and building/parking felt safe. Only issue was how hot the room was. Despite the (very old) AC that was in the unit, it was not enough to adequately cool the space - it was so hot it was hard to sleep."

Just a couple of comments - the description of location needs to be clarified - this is an apartment above and in the back of another business. "Three of us stayed for the weekend, and were pleased with this apartment. It is just as the photos show. We walked several places, anthers was lots to see in the area. We parked in the attached structure, which was convenient, safe, not outrageously priced. The host answered our questions quickly and was helpful."

"The studio was spacious and had a perfect location! The a/c wasn’t working which was disappointing but the property manager did provide a fan and luckily the studio is in the basement. Communication with him was a breeze and I would stay here again!"

"Property was in a great location. House was nice. Could have used more towels and wash cloths. Good thing some guys brought their own. It was located close to the boat launch, which was very convenient, but it is very difficult to back a bass boat and truck in due to the narrow street and the neighbors all park their cars at the end of their driveway rather than pulling up to their garages, which creates an issue trying to cut the corner to back a boat trailer in."
