"Beautiful property. Perfect for our party of seven attending Goodwood Revival once more. There is nothing to object in general. A few details can be improved: Provide serving trays. Fix outdoor lights. Fix air conditioner. A better cleaning of spider webs inside and out. Second double bed was all broken and mattress would fall into its hole. Provide a Nespresso coffee machine with pods which can be obtained locally. We ran out of them and none in Chichester. No drinking water jugs. No firewood...

"Mixed bag here. Great property for central Brighton. Would get five stars however. Check in details were late in my view. Parking situation was not very clear. We also it a situation where another group said that they had the flat booked. Not sure what happened to them. That would have knocked this down to three stars but I left a charger behind. The host was very accommodating returning it to me so back to four stars "
