"We had a great time at the cottage. The kids loved the bunk bed room. There were plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The view of the lake was pretty and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed eating our meals out on the deck, which was covered so the rain didn't stop us. One draw back was there was a slight musty smell in the basement, but our teenager had no trouble sleeping down there or using the pool table. "I have rented a different lakehouse every Labor Day weekend for many years and this is one of our faves. The decor will definitely appeal to antique lovers. The large deck is lovely. The lake is very quiet (no wake) and peaceful. We enjoyed taking the paddle boat out on the water. "This is my second time at the property. It’s just as incredible the second time as it was the first time. I hosted our staff retreat there. 11 of us ladies fit very comfortably as it is so spacious. We had a wellness retreat. The pool and hot tub, amazing grounds and incredible house made for the perfect setting. I highly recommend and the hosts are always excellent and accommodating!!!
