"The carpets on the way to the rooms had just been washed and the scent was fresh and clean. The room was of good size with a walking shower and plenty of soap and shampoo. It was very quiet even being surrounded by airplanes and the train station. A bit unfair to have to pay £12 extra for parking 24h, without stating this on the booking. I enquired twice about the situation for parking as needed to travel early in the day, leave the car and catch the metro to London for 8am. Nobody responded to my enquiry on the chat bot via a link on the email with the reserve. Upon arriving in the evening and after having to pay £25 to park '30 min from Wembley Stadium, the staff informed me that they do not operate or engage with customers via any chatbot. The parking charges or option were not explained anywhere on the website. Other than that, breakfast was reasonably good to be included in the price of the room, and the stay was comfortable and in a convenient location."
