"I booked one nights stay as my daughter and I were at Badminton Horse Trials. I had not researched the location before going so was amazed to enter the beautiful village of Lacock. When we had a problem with the electrics (following a storm) we were helped promptly. And the little additions like complimentary slippers and pool towels were lovely. "While we enjoyed our stay there were some downsides. The apartment is right by a major road so it literally shakes when large lorries pass. There is no oven which makes self catering more challenging and fitting round the table was difficult. The sofa bad was also very uncomfortable which means that we would not recommend for more than 2 people "
