"Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at the old garage, very clean very homely and very modern, everything you could need for a break away, we did find the bed a little on the hard side but everyone has different comfort level with that, shower was amazing, host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed on arrival, would definitely stay again if we were in the area! The whole place is unique and the property is so beautiful. We were met by our hosts Rufus and his wife and they could not have been more welcoming. "We had a fantastic time here, albeit a short stay. There was bread and milk in each of the 3 accomodations, which was a lovely suprise. When we had a problem with the electrics (following a storm) we were helped promptly. And the little additions like complimentary slippers and pool towels were lovely. Good selection of equipment and crockery in the kitchen. We’d love to come and stay again."

That said, I have to admit that the lady who lets it was truly amazing when we were completely lost on a really dark November evening with driving rain. "Fabulous converted barn in a peaceful location with great views. Spacious and light inside with all that you need for a weekend away. Three good sized rooms, great to have ensuites.Extra bonus the mezzanine floor (great for yoga and look at the views!) and piano which we used for a sing along! Local walks straight from the property and great pub just walking distance from the barn. Thanks for a great stay."
