"Really top-notch staff throughout. Courteous, fast, always smiling - from check in staff, to bar tender to concierge. Manon from concierge was especially helpful on checkout. Very clean property in a good location. Quiet, modern amenities, wonderful restaurant area for an excellent breakfast. Couldn’t have asked for more."

"I have booked 3 rooms for 5 nights for our family. Everything was 100% great except the housekeeping staff, they were a disaster and should not be between the team members of such a brand name like yours. I asked them on a daily basis to change the bed sheets but no response Also in every room they put 1 towel only and I asked them on daily basis to put 2 towels per room but also no response Also the didnt change the waste box Also, last day the great house jeeping didnt clean 2 out of the 3 rooms. Gents, Be careful about your reputation from the hoise keeping members. Regards,"
