"Stunning sea views over the Irish Sea, very clean and in a good area.
The beach is very nice and next street Red Bank Road has so many restaurants and coffees and even a big Sainsbury's.
I will definitely stay here again when I am next time in Blackpool."

Yes, it’s a dated hotel, but its a very charming reminder of the beauty it once was in its day.
The staff are very helpful, polite and friendly.

"It was quiet, lots of picturesque views of Blackpool Tower and the promenade and also of the Big One at Pleasure Beach in the distance. The location is ideal as it’s not in the middle of everything going on, staff were very polite and whilst there are facilities like the pool and Sauna etc we didn’t make use of during this stay we would definitely be inclined to make use of them on a future visit!"

"This property certainly had the 'Wow' factor as i walked in! Decorated to a very high standard, and extremely comfortable, it was the perfect location for a treat to myself, on my holiday. Extremely handy being right on the front for the trams, and local buses made it easy for me to get around. The owners honestly could not have been more kind and helpful, they made it feel more like i was at home, rather than on holiday."
