The property only has one entrance which makes it hard to get into. The entrance was not clear so the bus driver sitting out front told me which one was the entrance. The parking lot is a bit of a walk to the entrance especially if you are carrying all your things in. The hotel itself is clean enough but the room I was in hadnt been swept, the bathroom was outdated and the tile was gross. I just covered the floor in towels so I didnt have to step on it with bare feet. I did reply to the text asking me how my room was telling them the floor needed swept. She said she would send someone up but they never came. If there had been a broom in the room, I would have done it. Definitely wouldnt stay here again.

For being in a busy section of the city next to the Cleveland Clinic, when you are in the room you wouldn’t know it unless you look out the window The only frustration is that there is currently repairs on one of the two elevators so when there is a decent amount of people it can be a wait for an elevator

The staff was all helpful and friendly but I didn’t think the room was as clean as it could be, particularly the floor. Breakfast was available but pricey. There were numerous cars broken into in the fenced off parking lot. Luckily ours was not one. They had broken windows to steal things out of cars. Many police in the lot in the morning. Wasn’t the best experience. Will not stay here again.

I liked that the bed was really comfortable. The room was very cool, making sleeping easy. The black out curtains kept the room dark, so you can sleep. It biggest problem for me was the vending machines were empty.
