The apartment had a spider infestation. We are still coping with bites. You could see the potential - spacious, clean and reasonably well provisioned. But the building was obviously poorly managed - elevators kept breaking down, getting stuck, and the general reception area was rundown and dirty.

There is not one thing we enjoyed about this place. It was completely disgusting. I am still waiting for my refund. The smell is unbelievable and unbearable. Foul.

The host was great, floors were sticky and needed swept. There was a blind down in second bedroom. We were mostly disappointed the pool was not in working order because we choose this for an outside pool area. the gym was hot no air conditioning. It did look just like the pictures on line. The area was very noisy so it was hard to get any sleep.

Overall the apartment was in good condition. However there was no bedding for the pull out bed in the living where my daughter wanted to sleep and they wouldn't bring any over, saying all units were booked thus no more bedding. Only 1 hand towel for both of us to use. No waste basket in the bathroom. No coffee mugs, no mixing bowls. Oh no enough dishwasher tabs for the period of time we were to be there.

The building is listed as renovated but its really rundown with a minor facelift. And no one cleans anything. The lobby, parking garage and hallways are filthy. My unit’s floors were also dirty (turn white socks black dirty) and when I called Barsala I got a call center in India. I was told someone would contact me about getting the unit clean but no one ever got in touch. It’s was a terrible stay. The fire alarm goes off almost nightly. There was a dirty mattress in my hallway the entire stay and the hot water wasn’t working most mornings. 0 stars!! Do not recommend!!

There were a lot of issues never got my confirmation for the code to get the key so it took me till about 830 to get into the unit I still have not gotten that confirmation. The building garage is filthy dirty the cleanliness of the whole unit could be improved and we were right next to a very stinky garbage disposal area the smell was horrible they have lots of amenities but they all need work the pool table the cues were bad bad the outside patio was very nice there was some problem with the elevator the last day we were there in the parking situation needs to improve wherever you park in the garage you have to go to the first floor or the fourth floor to get access to the building that is not right.

I liked the fully furnished kitchen and the view. The old windows were a very unique touch. The unit looked newly renovated.
