So hospitable....explained to the manager that we found our beds uncomfortable, the manager organised new mattresses with no question and a smile. We did find the room to be a bit stuffy as the only ventilation was possible of we kept the french door on the latch, which was perfect during the day but perhaps a little unsafe at night. "The staff were lovely and anttentive, the food was great and the hotel is conveniently located. Overall, a decent stay but not good enough to return. It is looking rather dated now and needs some TLC. The rooms are bland and could do with a picture or two and the spa area isn’t the best, it needs a clean if I’m honest! "
