Not lean enough

It is not a clean hotel. Too much dust and dirt in corners. Also too many syains in the towels and linen. You surely get what you pay for. I won't stay thete again.

Don't believe the advertising

The hotel is in disrepair. The room looks nothing like the pictures posted. They closed the pool because they couldn't figure out how to schedule usage of it. The carpet in the rooms is from the 80s.

Staff was great, but facility needed TLC.

The staff was great, friendly, professional, helpful.....however the facility and especially the room could use some attention. I left a list for the cleaning crew to tell maintenance. Beds were comfortable and clean.....bathroom, tho in need of some repairs was clean and well appointed.

Room was a little run downed. It was dirty on the bathroom walls, and dry throw up on bed skirt. Cleaner was not very friendly! Husband had to help cleaner put on bed skirt. Pool was amazing 😉

The property was dirty, falling apart, smelled of smoke though it was supposed to be nonsmoking, smelled of mildew. The sheets and bedding were yellow and the bed skirt stained. I tried to get my money back as we switched hotels.

Wait To Open After Renovation

The hotel is undergoing renovation. As a result, only a minimum number of rooms were available for reservations. Unfortunately, the hotel did not disclose this fact. The photos of the room published in Hotels.com did not accurately represent the rooms being reserved. Bedding and towels were clean and the room smelled very fresh through our two-night stay. However, paint and caulking were peeling and the carpet was worn and frayed. Fabric on the sleeper sofa were stained. Windows and doors appeared as if they haven’t been cleaned for months. The hotel was really in no condition to be open for business.

horrible terrible place

This property is filthy dirty and stinks like dead animals and feces. The couch in our room was stained so bad you could not even tell what color the coach was. The bed sheets were stained and burn holes in them. The customer service person was rude and being very unprofessional. Elevator floor was so dirty that Our shoes stuck to the floor. No thank you. We slept in our vehicle. DO NOT STAY HERE

Disgusting experience

Do not stay here. There were no Covid practices going on. Filthy rooms, old water leaks in the ceiling, hair on the blankets. We checked right out. Now I'm fighting to get my refund back. We ended up having to go to another hotel.

Pretty disappointed

The pictures on the website made the hotel seem much nicer than it was. Much of the hotel seemed like it was under construction or needed to be. The room smelled of smoke when we walked in although it was nonsmoking. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. Even with the current conditions, I expected it to be better.

Back in the day this looks like it must've been a good place to stay but not anymore. the pictures on hotels.com gotta be decades old-same couch but fast forward 20 years of use later-complete with grime. The entry way (front and back) will give you the right first impression of the place. Located across the parking lot from Hampton Inn-how we wished we had stayed there. Trash all around the hotel-in and out, garbage cans overflowing, windows in rooms as well as lobby are very dirty, trash on floors and in elevator, overflowing cigarette bucket (literally a 5 gallon Home Depot bucket). BTW, I just saw a previous recent review about bed bugs-we slept on top of the covers hoping to stay "safe". Oh and the trash is still in the elevator. Sketchy people around the building as well as checking in, the entire area seems to have lost nearly all of its business (not Corona related), it is no longer a good part of town to stay and I for sure wouldn't bring a family here. WIfi was so slow I had to use my mobile hotspot. It takes a lot fo me to post a review like this as I know it's hard to be a small business owner however this one is justified. Keep looking, it's worth the extra $10 to stay in a bettter place.

Wet outside door if bathroom, missing light bulb, disconnected smoke detector, continuously running toilet, no concern by staff and no manager on site or available. Fitness center had no paper towels, ceiling falling down, trash overflowing, garbage strewn about including cans, chips, and someones weave. Pool area had puncture hazards, garbage, and drug baggies about. Both fire doors that opened to parking lot were inoperative(no alarm) and did not latch so that anyone from outside could come in. I asked and was told upon check-in that the pool was open and then later told it was closed then shortly after told they would let us use it. Trash cans outside the entry doors were full and had additional garbage and bags around them when we checked in that were still there when we checked out. Was told upon our complaints they were under renovation but there were no signs in the hotel and nothing on the website.

I will never go back there again...housekeeping skipped us 4 days and a row...our toilet was messed up and instead of them changing our room they brought us a plunger to do it ourselves...the breakfast was awful and they had bedbugs...ugh worst vacation ever

Don't book from Hotels.com or Expedia

Its first time in my life when Hotel manager says don't book from Hotels.com or Expedia or else they won't give early check-in or late check out. they are against Hotels.com or Expedia booking and don't provide good service. please book direct if you want to stay in that hotel.
