"The beds were really comfortable, and the room was ready at check-in. The pool is huge, and my son enjoyed it, but it needs some work due to age. The staff were really friendly; the only downside was a lack of planning with regards to the breakfast. There were at least two large events going on over the weekend - a car show and a wedding - and the breakfast buffet seemed like it never had any food on it. Not enough was cooked ahead, and they couldn't keep up with demand. Just a lack of planning, I think."

"Such a cute hotel! Well kept, clean, and the rooms are spacious and very well equipped. The staff at the hotel were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with anything I needed. The front desk staff and manager were the absolute best. Things to note when you stay — you have to call to request housekeeping. There are NO restaurants in walking distance. Plenty of delivery options and the shuttle will drop you off at The Aviator upon request."

"Room was spotless, the whole hotel was really. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and room was spacious and well decorated. loved the greeter guy in the lobby. Breakfast was very nice. Location for the rock and roll hall of fame is probably the best in the city. Parking was a bit pricy, but it was attached to the hotel to made it easy to transfer luggage over etc. Had a big floor to ceiling window overlooking the city which I loved also."
