"Getting the keys was fine. When we first walked in, we noticed the floor all pulling up in the kitchen, which is a tripping hazard. When it was time to go to sleep, the beds did not have bottom sheets only the mattress cover. I called and they told me there was nothing they could do about it then because the office was closed and they tried contacting the manager three times. She never picked up. So the choices were go to the store and purchase our own sheets or sleep on top of the one sheet and...

"The property was clean and a fully immersive Clemson experience! Otis met us at check-in and walked us through his extensive collection of memorabilia. The space included a new coffee machine (which we used) and a combo oven (which we did not). Otis and Julie were nice enough to provide coffee and a few snacks for our stay. Otis also drove down the hill to meet our son on game day! We will be back and can't wait to take him up on his offer of a campus tour! "
