"I booked my room thru Hotel.Com,and I got double room ,two different reservations 08/10/25 to 08 12/25,which I try many times to cancel but till now no cancellation, the booking that I did stay was from 08/11/25 thru 08/13/25 which we did stay at the Quinta Inn Forth wood Tx ,very disappointed with HOTEL.COM and with the Manager for Quinta Inn for charging me a room I didn’t book at all , I am hoping they come thru with refunding the booking I didn’t reserve"
