The area seems generally safe but had some sketchy characters coming and going in a way I would normally associate with a much lower tier hotel. The room felt damp when the ac was off and a little too cold when the ac kicked on, smelled like bleached mold, and had friendly German roaches that came to investigate my water as it sat on the bedside table. "Nice location close to grocery store, pharmacy, and food options. Decent amount of parking. Room was big, spacious, and clean. Only issue we experienced was our room was directly next to the elevator, so several times throughout the night we were woken up by the noises of the elevator & people entering it, but otherwise it was a nice place to stay. "
