"Where is construction going on right now at the hotel in different rooms, and I was not told that on check-in, and I work nights and sleep during the day and construction started at 8 AM and I was unable to sleep with no notification of any construction going on when I checked in"

"The staff were very friendly. The bathtub was in very poor condition"

"Proximity to everything. Close to downtown St Petersburg. Convenient parking and safe area to spend the weekend. Breakfast was adequate and coffee was excellent and hot. Staff at front desk were pleasant. Room was comfortable. The tv need updating. Overall 5 score for the facility."

"Great stay"

"This seems to be a hotel for transient and unhoused people. There was fighting in the parking lot. Sink was clogged and overhead light was a strobe. Please note there are NO amenities. There wasn’t even a public restroom for me to use after our long drive and arriving here. I had to wait to check into my room."

"This place is disgusting. The sheets were gritty from dirt and damp from humidity. The AC unit would kick on and make the room freezing but once it cut off, it was so hot. We went back and forth between freezing and sweating all night. The tub didn’t drain when we tried to shower and we could see the dirt floating in the water. The room had a gross smell - like a mix of cigarettes and sweat. Do NOT stay here."
