This exquisite lakefront home comes with its own private dock. The spacious open living room, dining area, and lounge feature a glass wall that allows you to bask in the breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The fully equipped kitchen ensures you have everything you need. The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, and there are two additional bedrooms with queen beds. The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids, with quad bunk beds for up to four children. For added flexibility, there's a family room with two sofa beds. The large private backyard features a deck, barbecue area, dining and lounge spaces, and even a sand volleyball court for outdoor fun.

Two kayaks and a paddleboard are available for guests to use and enjoy on the lake.

Clear Lake is renowned for its world-class fishing opportunities, offering species such as Largemouth Bass, Crappie, Bluegill, Sunfish, Channel Catfish, Blue Catfish, and Yellow Catfish. Join one of the 20-plus fishing tournaments held here each year and experience the thrill.

If you're in the mood for an afternoon away, explore California's hidden Wine Country. Lake County has a rich history of grape growing, with the first vines planted in the 1870s. Today, there are over 8,400 acres of vineyards in the region. Lake County wines have garnered attention from Wine Spectator, Decanter, and Food and Wine magazines.
