Cute place I’d like to return to.

While the lobby and interior was dated, the room was clean and updated and very comfortable. The WiFi was down due to the recent fires however the staff were friendly and able to check us in so it was quicker on our return.

The room was clean, and we ate both lunch and dinner there. The burger was delicious but the Mexican food, tacos, quesadilla, and nachos were excellent. It seemed the staff were not very happy. The lounge staffer was not friendly at all. As an older adult, I’m used to good helpful customer service. No eye contact or I don’t appreciate a simple “no.” When asking a question. My husband and I are back next week, we will see if things are better.

Dirty, old, spiders, restaurant did not have any fruits at all for breakfast, outside the property looks abandoned, the wooden beams inside the lobby are beautiful but so dusty and with spider webs all over, our lake view room was a joke of view, not recommended at all. The only nice thing was the front desk lady good service, she was very kind.

The staff was very friendly, site was comfortable quiet, beds were good. Did have a little bit of a musty smell. Our AC worked great my sister who was in another room did not work so well. This was my second visit in two weeks and both times had issues with the TV.

Room was not very clean. Stains on curtains. They allow teenage parties that last until the middle of the night. Teenagers screaming all night. Hotel desk came up around three and asked them to quiet down. They still were pretty loud after. Not sure if I will book them again.
