This was our first visit to the Clear Lake area. We loved it and plan to come back and experience another season in Clear Lake. We traveled here for the Color The Wind Kite Festival and it was delightful.

Clear lake is a very nice place to enjoy time at the lake. Felt comfortable walking around. Everyone we met was kind. Lots of fun to be had at the lake and splashpad.

I grew up near Clear Lake and have driven down I 35 to US 18 hundreds of times. I have always felt Clear Lake was nice. The lake is very nice, good swimming, nice parks. It is hard to get excited about the town now as it is so familiar.

"We came to Clear Lake for a concert at the Surf. The house is very close! The host let me know about the farmer’s market in the parking lot of the Surf on Saturday mornings, so that was very convenient! The games were nice, there was a chair in the living room that we were all obsessed with, and there were a ton of extra blankets and pillows all around the house for lounging! It was a great little house and had more than enough space for our two couples. The host didn’t reach out after check-in but we didn’t have any issues, so there wasn’t a need. I messaged them after we checked out, and they promptly replied. "

"In town for a family reunion. Loved the location of the house, just a short walk to the beach. Lakeview from the front porch. Clean and well stocked to make you feel at home. Used the wagon to take our granddaughter to the beach. Toys, beach items, highchair were all helpful. "
