"Great day at the wedding I would say however; the drinks are very expensive. I also couldn’t understand why I could not purchase a drink at the bar in the main foyer (I was a guest at the wedding but was also staying overnight). I understand you are trying to keep all the wedding guests in the hired room but sometimes guests just want to chill out for half hour or so. The annoying thing was that some wedding guests were being served in the main foyer and, others were being refused."

"The hotel was good, a little bit tired and dated, but still was good. We had a slight issue as not many beds were set up (maybe due to a system issue?) However, the team were great and resolved our issue in a timely manner. Found all the staff to be really nice and kind and polite. I'm giving it 4* just because rooms are in need of a little tlc, everything else was spot on. Breakfast was great. Shout out to Sibin in the restaurant."

"Very nice and helpful staff, having mentioned it was our anniversary, come meal time in the restaurant we had our table decorated and complimentary drink delivered to us. Beautiful hotel and everything we needed. Room was basic but knew that when I booked. Only criticism was that our room was incredibly hot, even at night but we asked for another fan which didn’t help to be honest. Other than that, highly recommended."

"Great basic motorway stop. Clean and ticks all the basic boxes. Keep in mind a £5 parking charge needed if booking through here, whereas on the direct site that's included - but the price difference between the options balances that out. Good range of evening food and breakfast available, with a rest of the services only a short distance away for anything else."

"The staff of the hotel were absolutely fabulous. They could not do enough for me. My apartment was superb and had everything that I needed. I was also able to enjoy the spa and had a couple of very good treatments by Tracy. I would most certainly go again and recommend to others."
