"Really excellent hotel and well-located in the middle of Lyme Regis. Unfortunately because of the heat the pool wasn't open, but that didn't matter because the sea was clean and great to swim in. The breakfasts were excellent, and staff very friendly. Highly recommend."

There was a small fan but the window didn't open far due to safety so we did need our own additional fans. Our only recommendation to the management would be to please sort out the shower.
