"Very comfortable beds, blackout screen for sleeping is great. Housekeeping has to improve in both rooms and hallways. Dirty glasses and towels were left in the room and no vacuuming or dusting was done. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful "

"Great location and nice room. But my goodness the property managers have no idea what they are doing. Took us 45 minutes to get into our room because they gave us the wrong door code. Then the next night I heard a group of people walk into someone else’s room because management gave them the code to their room and the only lock on the door can be unlocked from the outside. The soundproofing is terrible and can hear everything in the lobby and surrounding rooms. "

"Wish the property sent me the info directly to my email after booking as I didn't get the code required for entry before arrival. It was sent through Expedia that necessitates a lengthy log in , which I didn't have time to check while traveling. Other than that, was very happy with the stay. "Very disappointing the pictures of this property were made to look bettet with AI it was very dirty the bathroom smelled Like mold. I had to buy a new shower curtain because it wouldn’t reach half way across rhe shower. No wonder it was moldy I had to wear my shoes at all times because my socks would turn bright yellow from the dirty floors. The bedding had stains on it from bed bugs! I tried to send the host a message and the message I received back said the chat was expired."
