"Our room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint would be the door. It dragged against the frame and every entry and exit sounded like two cats fighting. There was a good variety for breakfast, ice machines available on 2 floors. Parking was great. My only real complaint is: on arrival the desk clerk didn’t seem happy to see us. He never smiled, or said much of anything. He was initially away from the desk helping a guest, but returned after a while and got us checked in. Maybe he was having a bad day??"

"There were a few glitches, like being low on certain supplies such as dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. I also didn't like having to contact the host upon arrival because I was very tired after a long drive. As a solo traveler, I would've preferred more secure locks on the doors and lighting in the foyer. But the neighborhood seems pretty safe, right across from an elementary school so locals keep watch. (I just had to be aware of parking during school dropoff/pickup times.) The bed was comfortable, a big deal for me due to back issues, with lots of pillows and a comfortable blanket. However, I would recommend that dressers be put in the rooms because it's hard to get dressed out of a suitcase. I especially liked that the location was off the beaten track because I hate to park/drive in crowded areas. I was able to walk the dog around the neighborhood, and she seemed comfortable when I was out. Also, despite some street noise, it was pretty quiet at night. The host and his property manager were friendly and easy to reach. I lost the keys and he came fairly quickly with a new set. I did pay for it, but that would've been expected anywhere.I only used one bedroom and there are three. So, this would be a very good deal for a group of travelers."

The location is great as it is within 2 miles of the major interstate, 25 minutes from The Falls, and 15 minutes from the City of Buffalo."
