"Something to watch out for here, in the small print on a4 page in room is a note saying $30 charge if you don't do your dishes. This worries me as how do i know that last person did the dishes hygienically and didn't just rise and put away. 1st time i have seen this sort of note and fee.. "

"Comfortable, well cleaned. Eating utensil like can opener unworkable. Had trouble operating television. Only one remote provider where two was reqiuired. Had to fiddle with set to get it to work "

"Very handy to downtown Newmarket and the Mall. Very comfortable beds.Good sized room. Toaster, microwave and electric jug with plates, mugs and cutlery made it easy to prepare breakfast"

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay!! The home was very clean and the owners are very responsive! They gave helpful information about the area and the home is in a very nice, quiet area! Perfect for a get away to see amazing Auckland and surrounding areas! We would definitely stay here again!!"

"We had an amazing four night stay at this stunning and very spacious apartment which is just metres away from the beach. The host was very friendly and obliging and the apartment was spotless and had every amenity we needed. Great communication from host and I would highly recommend if you wanting a peaceful getaway by the sea."

"I liked the size of the apartment and the cleanliness. It was a good base to visit the hospital. The parking was a little anxiety producing getting in and out but was a bonus as on site. The hand basin drained very slowly and I advised them. I would have like a scrubber to clean the pot with. It was spotless when we arrived but the dishwasher and soft cloth didn’t bring it back to that."
