"Clean, quiet and comfortable, yet close to facilities and the city. Our visit coincided with Easter, making breakfast venues difficult to find particularly on Easter Sunday. The provision of a Continental Breakfast is suggested."

Laundry would be a bonus especially to longer stays. 5+ days. Clean & Tidy. Parking next to the main house was a tight squeeze but it worked."

"Very nice flat in very nice building; washer/dryer combo a little challenging; proximity to Ponsonby food/shopping was fantastic and while I may not be used to city dwelling anymore, there always seemed to be a lot of construction noise in off hours. Only reason I would think twice about staying there again is the nighttime noise. That being said, I did not try ear plugs which may be a great solution."

"For the most part, things were fine. The check in process was straight forward, the place was clean. The listing/advertisement itself is not entirely accurate, for example it advertises a balcony and an oven, neither of which are present. The real downer, however, is that the house in general doesn't seem up to standard with the wiring/electricity. There is a family renting upstairs and as soon as they came home from work, it was just over for everyone. Power was just continuously shutting off...
