"Stayed in flamingo room, was clean and comfortable. Spacious room. Did kiosk check in and no wait time, so easy. Love the location on the strip. Pool was packed so we didn’t use it. Starbucks on site. "

"I was only here for one night for a Sphere show. But my room was great for the cost I paid. It was spacious and clean, and the hallways were reasonably quiet. Free parking garage connected to the hotel was a huge bonus. The self check-in kiosks were relatively easy to figure out. And it was a quick and easy walk to the Sphere without paying Venetian or Wynn prices."

"The hotel and casino were okay overall, and the room was clean. However, the customer service was very disappointing. The staff at the reception, pool bar, and inside bars were extremely rude and unhelpful whenever I needed assistance. There were very long lines and not enough employees to help guests. Unfortunately, almost every employee I interacted with seemed impatient, unfriendly, and unwilling to help resolve problems."

"From the moment I arrived, the hotel was beautiful. Parking was very easy. Check in was super smooth, with very helpful, respectful, and friendly front desk staff. The room was emaculate, with touch screen to operate lights and window drapes, it felt so classy. The hotel was super clean with beautiful flowers everywhere. The pool view was amazing, and enough room for all. I loved that it wasn't in the middle of all the bustle of main Las Vegas Blvd hotels. I absolutely enjoyed my stay and this hotel has already become my TOP CHOICE for my Vegas stay. Bravo!!! I am still amazed at such respectful and friendly staff, like. .everyone. ❤️"
